After a overnight BUS journey in morning you will reach Nainital. If you have plan to go by Train then also overnight Train journey in morning you will reach Kathgodam the nearest railway station from Nainital. First get transferred to hotel at Nainital. After check-in get freshen up and have breakfast. Nearly at 11:30AM you can go for some Nainital sightseeing. Few nearby points you can cover today leftover will be covered on next day. There are many popular viewpoints in Nainital that are renowned for providing picturesque panorama of the valley. On the way of sightseeing have lunch.
Back to Nainital lake area by 4PM to enjoy boating ride, as color of the water remains magnificent this time. Stay overnight in Nainital.

After breakfast, leave for full day sightseeing of Nainital. Try to cover some popular sightseeing spots in 2 days like Naini Lake, Naina Peak, Tiffin Top, Snow View Point, Nainital Zoo, Raj Bhawan, Naina Devi Temple, Sattal, Saritatal, Naukuchiatal, Bhimtal Lake. After breakfast, leave Nainital for Kausani via sightseeing tour of Ranikhet. Nainital to Ranikhet is around 55 KMs takes about 2.30hrs. Some of the tourist attractions in Ranikhet that you can visit include Jhula Devi Temple, Ram Mandir, Ranikhet Golf Course, Nanda Devi temple, etc. There are several viewpoints also, offering lovely views. Have lunch on the way. And start for Kausani is around 60 KMs takes about 2.30hrs. Reach Kausani by evening, rest of the evening is free. Stay overnight in Kausani.
After breakfast, start for Kausani sightseeing. Go for short trek to Rudrahari Mahadev Temple, Rudrahari Falls and Caves. Anashakti Ashram, Kausani Tea Estate, Someswar etc. Back to hotel, enjoy rest of the day for leisure. Stay overnight in Kausani.
After breakfast, leave Kausani for Chaukori, distance is around 85 KMs takes about 3.30 - 4 hrs. Enjoy mind-blowing roadside beauty from Kausani to Chaukori. Reach Chaukori and check-in hotel. Rest of day is free to roam around. Stay overnight in Chaukori.
After early breakfast, get prepared to drive towards Patal Bhuvaneshwar. The distance is around 45 KMs takes about 2 hrs. Enjoy roadside beauty. Explore limestone cave and different natural formations inside the cave.

After breakfast, if energy and time permits bag pack and go for some sightseeing nearby (Deer Park, Nanda Devi Temple, Shiva Temple or you may have covered previous day). Then proceed towards Kathgodam or Haldwani to catch Train or BUS for Delhi.
